Before broadcasting any copyrighted music, the customer must ensure that they hold valid commercial/public performance licenses from the relevant copyright owners, copyright societies, licensing organizations, or any other authorized rights holders.

No Responsibility of Chalne Do

Chalne Do provides a customized radio platform and related advertising/content services only. Chalne Do does not supply, license, authorize, or grant any rights to use copyrighted music.

Chalne Do shall not be responsible or liable for any copyright infringement, licensing violation, royalty claim, legal notice, penalty, lawsuit, or any other legal consequence arising from the customer's use, streaming, broadcasting, or public performance of music or audio content.

All legal responsibility for music usage remains solely with the customer.

Service Charges Clarification

Any fees charged by Chalne Do are solely for the development, customization, setup, management, operation, branding, advertising content creation, and maintenance of the radio platform and related services.

Such fees do not include the purchase, licensing, authorization, royalty payments, or legal rights to use any copyrighted music.

Obtaining Music Licenses

Customers may obtain the required commercial music licenses directly from the appropriate licensing authorities, including organizations such as Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL India), or may contact Chalne Do for guidance regarding the licensing process.

However, obtaining and maintaining valid licenses remains the sole responsibility of the customer at all times.

Indemnity

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Chalne Do, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, penalties, costs, legal expenses, or liabilities arising from the customer's use of copyrighted music or failure to obtain the required licenses.
